Exactly 1 year to this day, I started my journey of vagabonding around the world across 4 continents, 18 countries and over 100 cities.
Through my travels in the past year I’ve learned more about myself, other humans and the world than I have in the last decade of my life.
This is my life, my lifestyle… My world.
I started in my home country, the United States then South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, back to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, back to Thailand again, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Netherlands, back to Czech, Germany, Turkey, Egypt, the UAE, back to Indonesia, back to South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and back to Taiwan as of now.
Traveling the world as a lifestyle is truly an enlightening experience. An education no university can teach. An adventure incomparable to anything else.
Without question, these past 365 days has been the greatest time of my 31 years of existence. I’ve been to beautiful places, tried unique and local dishes, completed many things off my bucket list, found and lost love, attended crazy parties, and most importantly made life-long friendships with amazing people.
I can now die happy but still have much to see and do.
I implore you to travel around the world as well. As a vagabond or backpacker. The lifestyle at times can be hard and uncomfortable but I promise you it will be the time of your life. You will evolve into a smarter, wiser, stronger, happier and better version of yourself.
Its been a year but I see no end in sight.
