Life Tactics: Never Show Anger to Get Your Way /// VINJABONDNever Show Anger to Get Your Way   //

Anger, like love and hunger is both an emotional and physical response that we can’t help manifesting.

There are countless triggers for this and one of them is when we can’t get our way or what we want in any given interpersonal situation. So we let it get the better of ourselves and aggressively retaliate by using that spike of energy as a weapon to force our will on to others.

Showing anger, the more perceivable the anger, may seem like power but it’s actually a sign of weakness or at the least, a momentary loss of self-control.

Well said. Anger does work obviously but at high costs to both you and the person your angry at. Its just not wirth it.

Excellent advice! but 1 exception, i think its okay to get furious with your spouse once in a while, to vent and start over.
